Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, though delivery times may vary based on your distance from our warehouse.
What is your return policy for lures and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that used lures or custom-spooled reels are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our carrier options to support more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my rod arrives damaged?
If your fishing rod or any fragile equipment arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage to initiate a replacement.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
